Disability Law Center

The Disability Law Center (DLC) is designated by the governor to protect the civil and human rights of people with disabilities in Utah. It is part of the federally mandated Protection and Advocacy system, and serves as the state’s primary legal advocacy agency for Utahns with physical, mental and developmental disabilities. The DLC provides services statewide and free of charge to all eligible persons.
