Utah nonprofits provide excellent services to low income individuals who are unable to afford legal representation. However, many low- and middle- income individuals go without representation every year. Some individuals may be unaware of legal services that are available. Other individuals have income too high to qualify for free legal services, but are unable to afford traditional legal fees.
Join the leaders of Utah’s flagship nonprofit legal service providers on June 25, 2019 for lunch and a panel discussion regarding Utah’s network of legal resources for the disadvantaged, the unfilled need for pro bono legal assistance, Utah Rule of Professional Conduct 6.1, and the ways in which resourceful lawyers are using pro bono opportunities throughout Utah to satisfy Rule 6.1’s requirements.
