What is the “And Justice Forever” Legacy Circle?

The “And Justice Forever” Legacy Circle honors supporters who choose to secure the future of civil legal aid in Utah by including “And Justice for All” in their will or estate plan. Members make a powerful, lasting commitment that ensures our partner agencies can continue helping people facing crises involving safety, housing, income, disability rights, and family stability.

We invite you to consider joining the “And Justice Forever” Legacy Circle and help ensure that future generations can turn to Utah Legal Services, the Disability Law Center, and the Legal Aid Society of Salt Lake when their rights, safety, or livelihoods are on the line. A planned gift allows you to reflect your values, protect what matters to you, and keep justice within reach for years to come.

How to become a member

You become a member by taking any of these steps:

• Make a bequest to include AJFA in your will or living trust.

• Name AJFA as a beneficiary of your retirement plan, life insurance policy, or donor-advised fund.

• Establish a charitable gift annuity or charitable remainder trust.

• Notify us of an existing estate commitment so we can welcome you as a member and express our appreciation
